23 February 2010 This is Dr Perrin's seminal paper which was front page news in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association. It explains the scientific argument that the cranial rhythm otherwise known as the Cranial rythmic impulse (CRI) is the product of the cerebrospinal fluid drainage to the lymphatic system. This paper provides evidence that the disturbance of this drainage system is the root problem in CFS/ME.
